E-Correspondence system

The YESSER e-Government Program has adopted an initiative to build a unified national electronic system for government correspondence known as the e-Correspondence System. This will require developing an electronic platform that links all government agencies, through which correspondence and documents can be easily prepared, shared, stored, tracked and recovered when needed. The government e-Correspondence system has come about as a result of the huge progress achieved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s development. Such  progress is inevitably accompanied by increasing numbers of government agencies, which have greater needs for correspondence, whether ingoing or outgoing.
