Shura Council

The Shura Council is one of the state authorities defined by the Basic Law of Governance. The members of the Council are keen to serve the public interest, preserve the unity of the Community, the entity of the State, and the interests of the Kingdom. The Shura Council is composed of a president and 150 members chosen by the King from scholars, experts and specialists.

Receiving Citizen Petitions

The service allows receiving citizens’ petitions via internal e-mail through a form to be filled out by citizens through the council’s external portal, and then filling out the database, dealing with the petitions, reviewing and sending them to the authorized person, and taking a serial number after approving their study, to be sent to the competent committee via the app.
