About Project
The Regulation aims to regulate the required provisions for the Authority to perform its duties with regard to requests of complaints, requests of reviews, conducting investigations and reviews, other provisions as referred to it by the Law of Trade Remedies in International Trade issued by the Royal Decree No. (M / 60) dated 29/4/1444 H, and the provisions related to trade remedies in the Anti-Dumping Agreement, the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and the Agreement on Safeguards approved by the Royal Decree No. (M / 54) dated 21/9/1426H regarding the Kingdom's accession to the World Trade Organization.
