The activities of the first edition of the global technological conference “LEAP” will be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1-3 February 2022, the largest technological conference and exhibition concerned with the future of technologies and their role in the prosperity of humanity.
The Kingdom’s organization of this technological event confirms and enhances its regional and global position and leadership in digital, and innovative aspects, as well as its relentless pursuit to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030 in the technological fields and promising sectors that enjoy the care and attention of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince.
The conference, across 6 platforms, with the participation of more than 350 international and local keynote speakers, addresses the future of technology through more than 380 sessions, anticipating its variables through technology, to create a more prosperous reality that enhances the lives of societies, and befits ambitions.
With participation of more than 700 world-leading and emerging technology companies, the event aims to enhance the Kingdom's position internationally as a hub for thought leaders and change-makers from all across the world and a destination for global technological innovation.
Organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in collaboration with the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, and several local and international agencies, under the slogan "An Eye on the Stars", the conference will discuss several topics, including the digital economy, internet of things, biological and health technologies, quantitative sciences, smart exploration, unmanned systems, space, satellites, financial technologies, and open sources.
On the sidelines of LEAP conference, the Rocket Fuel competition will be held between 90 technology start-ups to win funding prizes worth a total of USD 1 million. It will focus on creativity, innovation, potentials, jobs and impact on individuals and society.
