The goal of training

The current course aims to introduce the student to business process analysis and management for 3 days. You will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to distinguish as a business process analyst. This course fully prepares you for the Business Analysis Certificate exams by the International Institute for Business Analysis IIBA; the International Association of Business Process Management Professionals ABPMP; and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
