In accordance with what was stated in Paragraph (2) of Article Eight of the Implementing Regulations for the Agriculture Law issued by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (1/14967/1444) dated 1/15/1444 AH, “The Ministry shall issue licenses and permits necessary to practice agricultural activity and types of related activities in the agricultural sector, and for this purpose, it has the following: 2. Determine the requirements, conditions, and controls regulating licensing and permits for agricultural activities.
