The guide aims to help the food industry implement a food protection system by explaining the method of preparing, implementing, and following up on the elements linked to the food protection plan, identifying the most vulnerable points in the establishment and ways of implementing control strategies, in addition to the other necessary elements to apply a proactive approach to the food protection system from intentional contamination that aims to inflict significant and widespread harm to public health or the facility in accordance with the requirements of the Food Protection Regulation from Intentional Hazards issued by the Food and Drug Authority.
