To develop the current Regulation of the Council of Foundations issued in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 205271 dated 03/11/1439 AH (16/07/2018 AD) to ensure that the Council's roles are activated to represent, empower and develop the non-governmental foundations sector, and to activate the specialized committees therein.
