These rules have been prepared to address the requirements and remove any obstacles facing government entities - in particular - in relation to revenue sharing as one of the contracting methods to secure goods and services. The purpose of the draft rules is to provide the necessary legislative and regulatory provisions for this, which will enhance the success of revenue sharing method, as these rules will be a legislative and regulatory tool that includes the basic provisions of the revenue sharing method as one of the contracting methods to secure goods and services.
