This regulation aims to:

1- General rules and procedures for licenses and permits submitted by the General Authority of Ports to carry out activities, services and operational processes.

2- Supervising and inspecting the practice of these activities with quality and efficiency that ensures the achievement of customer satisfaction.

3- Provide a reference that ensures transparency and clarity in licensing and permit procedures and standardization of implementation mechanisms.
