The project aims to set the terms, conditions, and rules through which professional licenses are issued and to monitor the continuity of competencies and human cadres that occupy quality jobs and professions through building and developing a program (to issue / upgrade / renew) professional licenses for occupants of quality jobs and professions in line with relevant international practices , in addition to manuals and international standards concerned with setting the conditions and controls for the occupants of quality jobs and professions.
