The project aims to develop the procedures for settling security disputes before the committees for the resolution of securities disputes, and work to develop procedures that enhance the speed and efficiency of hearing and adjudicating cases, and developing everything that would enhance the confidence of participants in the financial market in support of its growth and prosperity, and enhance the protection of investors.
