The guide project aims to improve the urban landscape and provide a healthy and sustainable urban environment in addition to contributing to the realization of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision. Issuance of a building compliance certificate is applied to all buildings owned by individuals and companies located on commercial streets, with the exception of residential villas, according to the stages and scopes that are determined by the municipal sector.
