Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) is intelligence that can be obtained from sources available and accessible to everyone, such as: social networks, and news sites for news of cyber incidents and developments. These sources contribute information of high value to cyber protection if the cyber intelligence analyst can access it and benefit from it quickly after its availability. However, this task is never an easy task due to the fact that there are a huge amount of sources and information that does reflect the analyst’s needs, as compared to the information in making urgent decisions to protect against cyber risks. In this bootcamp, we will demonstrate practical tools to take advantage of that information to prevent an attacker and provide superior cyber protection.
