The social security system was issued by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 2/4/1442 AH, and it aims to achieve stability and establish the necessary means and measures to address cases of poverty in society, and ensure a minimum income to meet the basic needs of each beneficiary by estimating the calculated minimum pension, providing appropriate support, taking into account the most needy and most deserving, then enabling the beneficiary to achieve financial independence and support to evolve from a needy person to a productive person by preparing plans for qualifying and training eligible beneficiaries and presenting appropriate job offers in coordination with the Human Resources Development Fund for beneficiaries who are able to work. The executive regulation aims to explain and clarify the provisions and procedures referred by the system to the regulation by controlling the acceptance mechanism to ensure that the support reaches the beneficiaries and the mechanism for its continuation by fulfilling the conditions and obligations set forth on the beneficiaries.
