The project aims to explain the mechanism of establishing chambers in the single administrative region, the mechanism for inviting the general assembly in both the Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, determining the minimum for convening and voting on its decisions, in addition to a statement of the powers of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber and the Federation, and a statement of the controls related to after the conduction of the meetings and voting on the decisions of the Board of Directors, the General Assembly of the Chambers of Commerce and the Federation of Chambers, as well as the controls for the use of electronic means. The project also clarifies the procedures for nomination and election for the membership in the Chamber’s Board of Directors and the determination of the appropriate degree of kinship between the candidates in terms of membership of the Chamber’s Board of Directors. The regulation clarifies the categories of participation in the Chamber and the financial compensation for each category.
