The profession of customs clearance is one of the most essential customs works that takes place in the relevant customs departments, where the customs clearance facilities document the customs data of the goods, making them one of the customs partners thus completing the work. The authority seeks, through this regulation, to raise the efficiency and level of commitment in the work of the system of customs clearance by providing policies and legislations, supervising their implementation, and provided services that contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, facilitations trade exchange and stimulating investment in the customs clearance system.
