The project aims to support small and medium enterprises and protect the regular investor and consumer from harmful practices resulting from the phenomenon of cover-up, in addition to restricting the sources of cover-up and the supply chains associated with it. The project included a statement of the irregular tools in cover-up practices, identification of criteria for selecting criminal investigation officers and a statement of their authority, tasks and obligations. It also specified the procedures for reporting crimes and violations of cover-up and determining the controls for distributing rewards and dividing them among the informants.
