The proposed amendments in the project aim to improve the legislative environment for intellectual property and strengthen the regulatory foundations for it. The amendment also aims to improve the voluntary registration service in order to achieve the objectives of the Authority and the aspirations of its clients, and to develop its procedures in accordance with international best practices and international agreements on intellectual property.
