This regulation aims to determine the proportions of hazardous substances shown in Annex (1-b) in electrical and electronic devices and equipment and their spare parts, which are included in the field of the technical regulation, and to determine the conformity assessment procedures that suppliers must adhere to, in order to ensure the preservation of the environment and the health and safety of the consumer.
