These rules aim to explain the clauses of the executive regulations of the NGOs’ Law that is related to the mechanism of election to the board of directors for NGOs, the formation of the internal audit, nomination and reward committees in NGOs, and the rules for awarding bonuses to members of the boards of directors of NGOs, as well as the general rules for the governance of NGOs.
