Regulation of Cosmetic and Personal Care Claims

This technical regulation is concerned with the criteria for claims of cosmetics, as it clarifies the basic criteria for the permissible claims of cosmetics. It also shows examples of unacceptable claims according to the category of each cosmetic product separately, and preparations that contain claims contrary to this regulation may be outside the scope of the cosmetic product.
