The rules derived from the cooperative health insurance system and its executive regulations, the unified cooperative health insurance document and its annexes, and the circulars and regulatory procedures issued by the council, will clarify the procedures entrusted to the policy holder to provide insurance coverage for his working employees (with whom he has work contracts) and their families, as well as the role of the insurance company and adhering to the special requirements for providing this coverage.
