 Based on the twenty-ninth article, which stipulates that “the authority may adopt the appropriate precautionary approach to ensure food safety during the stages of the food chain, and for this purpose it has the authority to impose technical systems to ensure its achievement,” this project has been prepared and applies to the food establishment that manufactures, processes, packs or stores food products.
