Amendments to the Regulation Governing the Activity of Car Rental and Rental Intermediaries

The project aims to regulate the car rental activity and the rental broker activity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by improving the quality of service provision, regulating the contractual relationship between the parties to the rental contract, achieving the best safety standards, and creating a suitable environment for investment.
