The project aims to adopt professional performance quality control program to ensure that workers in the profession comply with the provisions of the law, valuation standards, professional rules and technical instructions issued by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers , in order to follow up and develop professional performance, achieve transparency principles, improve level of professional services, and raise the level of confidence in valuation sector, governance and standardization of examination work and professional control procedures and raising the level of public awareness of valuation firms and their workers.
