These regulations are linked to the system of control over nuclear and radiological uses issued by Royal Decree No. (M/82) dated 25/7/1439 AH, and the organization of the Nuclear and Radiation Control Commission issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (334) dated 25/6/1439 AH, whereby the authority was assigned responsibilities to lay the foundations and rules.
