About the Project
The project aims to clarify the regulatory framework for the registration of medical (pharmaceutical) gases to which the definition in the Pharmaceutical and Herbal Products and Facilities Law applies, as these gases are considered subject to the drug registration regulations. The regulation includes a list of gases subject to registration procedures in addition to the requirements of the registration file.
