About the Project

This project aims to:
•    Enhance principles of integrity and transparency by setting clear standards that address current and potential cases of conflict of interest for practicing the legal profession by those who previously worked in the judiciary.
•    Enhance confidence in the legal profession and the judicial system in the Kingdom, achieving justice between the parties.
•    Create a balance between protecting the legal profession and its integrity and attracting talents for judicial positions and the right to practice the profession.
