The executive regulations for the contractors classification system are an interpretation and clarification of the articles of the contractors classification system issued by Royal Decree No. (M/9) dated 01/18/1443 AH, which is concerned with the ease of procedures followed in classifying contractors and raising the level of transparency, which contributes to improving the quality of contractors’ performance in Implementation of projects owned by the concerned authorities.
