Licensing regulations for private sports clubs

The regulation aims to set the supervisory framework for the relationship between the ministry and the licensed authorities to ensure the improvement of the old services, and to motivate the private sector to invest in the sports field, thus contributing to raising the level of sports practitioners among the various groups of society. This regulation also aims to specify the requirements for licensing sports clubs. To enable it to carry out its activities and participate in sports competitions organized by the concerned federations, in addition to the obligations of the licensees.
