Licensing regulations for private gyms and centers?

The regulation aims to set the supervisory framework for the relationship between the ministry and the licensed authorities to ensure the improvement of the services provided, and to motivate the private sector to invest in the sports field, thus contributing to raising the level of sports practitioners among the various segments of society. This regulation also aims to specify the procedures and requirements for licensing. For private gyms and centers to enable them to carry out their activities, in addition to the obligations of licensees.
