The project aims to set standards for real estate consultancy and analysis of real estate markets in accordance with the provisions of Article (Third) of the regulation of the General Real Estate Authority issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (239) dated 04/25/1438 AH, which stipulated in Paragraph (3) on “licensing real estate activities” and supervision thereof” and Paragraph (4) for the Authority to “set standards for real estate activities.” The project includes: prohibition of practicing the activity without obtaining a license, licensing requirements for practicing the activity and cases of cancellation thereof, duties and prohibitions of practicing the activity, and monitoring compliance with the provisions of the standards.
