This amendment aims to clarify the mechanism for returning the amounts paid to the owners of electronic stores in the event of the consumer’s termination of the contract in accordance with the cases stipulated in the e-commerce system and its executive regulations, in light of international best practices, in order to protect the consumer and achieve a balance between the two parties to the contractual relationship in electronic transactions.
