The project aims to maintain and develop the endowment by organizing the work of the guardians of the endowments, setting the requirements and obligations of the beholder, and defining the supervision and control methodology in order to achieve the purposes and objectives of the endowment and the conditions of the endower and what is required by the laws, regulations, rules, controls, instructions, and applicable and relevant circulars. This is in accordance with the supervisory and control authority over the overseers and their work, which is stipulated in the system of the General Authority for Endowments issued by Royal Decree No. (M/11) dated 26/02/1437 AH, and in accordance with the powers granted to the authority by virtue of Cabinet Resolution No. (286) dated 21/05/1442
