It aims at defining the rules, conditions and controls related to licenses and permits for wood loggers activities, defining the requirements and conditions for licenses and permits related to wood loggers activity, determining mechanisms and procedures for controlling violations, imposing penalties for violators of the provisions of this regulation, and determining the powers of the security authorities in controlling violators and procedures for disposing of seizures.
