It aims to regulate the trade in wild and marine wild animal specimens as well as marine plant specimens, prepare and issue lists of the fungal organisms that are regulated for trade and their derivatives and products in the Kingdom, which are not included in the appendices of the convention, and determine the annual quotas that can be exported or imported for each type of specimen of wild organisms, determining the controls and conditions for regulating trade in specimens of wild organisms, and the rules, conditions and controls related to licenses and the financial consideration.
