The project aims to regulate the activity linked to serving pilgrims within the terms and conditions for granting licenses to provide the necessary services to internal pilgrims, its procedures, duties, responsibilities and rights of the licensees, in a manner that ensures the efficiency of the services provided to the pilgrims, thus improving their journey while working to develop the activity as an economic activity in line with the objectives of economic development in the Kingdom. As a result, comments on the internal pilgrims service system issued by the Cabinet Resolution No. 236, dated 10/26/1426 AH have been corrected.
