This document regulates the use of spectrum for space science, radio astronomy, and metrological services. Space science is a term that includes applications related to earth exploration and its atmosphere, weather forecasting, and space scientific research, using radio spectrum. These applications provide various purposes including environmental monitoring, weather forecasting, research of climate change, and other purposes. CITC seeks through this document to enable these applications and strengthen the collaboration with the national and international stakeholders.
