Ministry of Higher Education updated its portal and added new features. Most recent internet tools have been introduced for easy browsing and interaction. The new portal  has successfully passed all the security and safety tests. Ministry of Higher Education portal has been awarded the best government agency portal at the GCC level in 2011. The portal has also been awarded the digital excellence award as it achieved the first position among government agencies.
