Naif Award will seek to disseminate Islam and Sunnah view for economy: Second Deputy Premier

RIYADH- His Royal Highness Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior and Chairman of Supreme Commission of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud World Award for Prophet's Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies, pointed out that the Supreme Committee of the Award is constantly seeking to select the best research submitted for the award, noting that the number of researches which have been submitted to the Award are 384 researches.
In a statement to Saudi News Agency (SPA) he said that the award is also given to those who provided the service to the Prophet Sunnah, even if they were dead, including Dr. Ahmed Shaker from Egypt, who won Naif award of the prophet Sunnah in authoring. Prince Naif added that the committee rejects the researches which have faults or written in foreign languages or with a weak translation.
Prince Naif confirmed that the benefits of the award have achieved a lot of its goals and will continue to enrich the Arabic and Islamic library with researches related to the Prophet Sunnah view towards the updated matters of this age.
