King Saud Un. launches its e-Services through smart phones

Riyadh, e-Media: King Saud University launched its e-Services through smart phones to be the first Saudi university that enables its employees to use their smart phones to follow up their personal files and administrative requests in addition to communicating with other different departments. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Rouwais, Deputy rector and Head of e-Government Committee, said the university has been keen on enhancing its pioneering role through developing e-Services and other smart related applications both at and outside the University. On his part, Dr. Youssef Al-Ohali, Dean of e-Government and Communications Deanship, stated that launching such e-Services on smart phones has been achieved by Saudi professionals.
