King directs Gov service agencies to apply e-services

E-Media: Riyadh - Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz AL-Saud, directs the service- government agencies to carry out quickly the interests of its applicants through the technological and electronic channels and application of open-windows to provide the service of employment or admission to the universities through its websites and to give the opportunity for the applicants to register their information through creating sites for registration for those who need it, "Al-Jazirah" newspaper reported. The directive of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques comes during a monitoring by Control and Investigation Board (CIB) and publication of local Mass Media on the performance of service and education agencies during periods of acceptance of employment and admission for universities as well as granting loans which associated with observing of negative phenomena during congestion of the applicants and that due to a lack of regulation in service government agencies to rely on technology in accomplishing interests of reviewers. King Abdullah confirmed on these service-agencies to work on application of e-government transactions and to simplify the procedures of service to citizens and applicants to carry out their dealings.
