Riyadh - King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, appointed Prince Mansour Bin Miteb as Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs on Monday following the resignation of Prince Miteb Bin Abdul Aziz from his post as Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted a royal decree as saying. The Royal Order also instructed the concerned authorities to carry out the new directive with immediate effect.
