King inspects Armed Forces on duty at Southern Border

Jazan - The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Supreme Commander-in-chief of all the Armed Forces, yesterday paid an inspection visit to the front lines of the armed forces on duty at the Southern border of the Kingdom, Saudi Press Agency reported At the venue, the monarch was received by Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs; Prince Khalid bin Bander bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Commander of the Land Forces and commanders of the Southern Region and Jazan Force.
After inspecting some of the units stationed at the border, he headed for the site of a speech ceremony to mark the occasion.
In his address to the troops, the King said, “I am so happy to be with you as you are defending the country from terrorist infiltrators who with evil in mind have crossed its border, terrorized innocent people and made their lives legitimate targets without any consciousness of religion or ethics.
And we say to them, you have gone too far with your evil and have taken a difficult path, and we are, with the help of Allah, able to protect our country and nation from every corrupt and terrorist mercenary.”
“We are not afraid to loudly tell the truth and make justice prevail. As we fear Allah, we protect His religion and our nation. You have proved that you are the shield of this country after Allah’s protection. Your faith and trust in Allah have made you courageous and strong with no shadow of fear or weakness,” the King told the troops. “Trust in Allah and we pray that He provides us with support,” the King said.
