Ibsar Association has lately finalized the pilot version of its first Arabic online program dedicated to train the Blind in the Middle Easst.
Mohamed Tawfiq, Association Secretary General, pointed out that such a project will be launched during a relevant conference held in Malaysia in February 2011 to be the first Arabic online program dedicated to train the blind.
He regarded the program as vital solution in the field of prequalifying the blind especially that it lacks qualified specialists.
