Riyadh - King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) has launched a project of new financial and administrative system, which aims to increase the effectiveness of its performance to commensurate with its mission, vision and strategic objectives.
Dr. Khalid Bin Abdullah Al-Sabti,, Secretary General of (Mawhiba), "Al-Jazirh" newspaper reported, that this development is a complement to renaissance of Mawhiba during the last phase, which began with the kind approval of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, head of the foundation, on its new statute including restructuring and expanding of scope of work to include all elements of giftedness and creativity.
 He pointed out that the project of financial and administrative system comes within the framework of the foundation's reliance on information technology and electronic methods in implementation of its projects to increase coverage and expansion, and rapid implementation of its works, to be able to work in an electronic, integrated and intelligent environment in order to increase speed of performance, and reduce paper-based transactions as large as possible.
The Director General of IT Department in Mawhiba, Engineer Faisal Al-Fuhaid said that the Financial and administrative system consists of several interrelated systems, such as financial systems, procurement, HR, payroll, employment, property management and others, and the system has been implemented on the basis of an integrated study for needs of Mawhiba, according to the latest techniques in the field of development and industry of systems through actual solutions to improve the performance of  Mawhiba  and its employees.
