SCTA develops systems to issue licenses for organizers of tours

E-Media: Riyadh - Prince Sultan bin Salman, head of the Supreme Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) has honored a working group in SCTA which has developed two electronic systems for issuing licenses for organizers of tours and tourist guides. The Director-General of IT Department in SCTA, Moser Al-Moser according to " Al-Eqtisadiah" newspaper, said that the Supreme Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) is one of the effective governmental agencies in using e-government applications, pointing out that the technological infrastructure owned by the SCTA, enable it to provide all services electronically, thereby to reduce routine procedures and save time. Noteworthy, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Vice Governor of Riyadh had launched these two systems during the opening of 2nd Saudi Travel and Tourism Investment Market 2009.
