RIYADH – An accord on monetary union among four members of the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council will be signed Monday, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted GCC Secretary General Abdurrahman Al-Attiyah as saying Friday.
Al-Attiyah said Monday’s meeting would also take stock of US President Barack Obama’s visit to both Saudi Arabia and Egypt with regards to the Palestinian issue
AL-Attiyah added that the meeting will review the results of ministerial committees' meetings and its recommendations, and strategic dialogue and cooperation between the GCC and friendly countries , as well as topics of Gulf joint work.
