Riyadh, SPA: The Ministry of Interior has informed Saudi citizens in the Republic of Turkey of the new procedures adopted by the Turkish government on residence fees for foreigners starting from April 1, 2011. The Ministry has pointed out that the annual fees for Saudi citizens amount to 120 Turkish Liras which is an equivalent of 60 Euros or 80 U.S. dollars. On the other hand, The Ministry has cautioned Saudi citizens about the amendments made by the Eritrean government to travel documents for entry and exit from Eritrea, the residence of foreigners, and imposition of fines on those who do not obtain the required documents, whether an individual or a means of transport. The Ministry has pointed out that the amendments provide for prosecuting anyone who does not pay the fines or whose documents are expired for more than three months.
